The TriVantage multifunctional cooking system offers SearPlus， SmokeZone and EquiHeat technology. SearPlus with matte porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates make searing easy， and the removable SmokeZone smoker box lets you smoke your favorite foods. EquiHeat design delivers even heating. For convenient operation， this grill provides a built-in thermometer and an integrated ignition system.
